The Signorelli Company Adds Land Acquisition Team
February 04, 2021 The Signorelli Company, one of the largest privately-held real estate developers in Texas, announced today the hiring of highly-regarded industry professionals, Chase Moore and Ragan Robinson, to create the firm’s Land Acquisition team. This addition reinforces the firm’s commitment to hiring best-in-class professionals to maximize new market opportunities. In his role as Vice President of Land Acquisition, Chase will manage The Signorelli Company’s portfolio for all divisions: land, retail, commercial, medical, multi-family, recreational and homebuilding. As a Land Associate, Ragan will support the land team in implementing strategies to help grow and manage projects. The pair will work together to source opportunities across the Greater Houston area and beyond, expanding the company’s land portfolio for both immediate development and holding. Working closely together, Chase and Ragan are well positioned to be strong leaders for the team and help the firm continue to expand our presence in growing markets.” Holding a Bachelor’s Degree in Petroleum Engineering from Louisiana State University, Ragan’s previous role was with Occidental Petroleum as a Wellsite Manager. A Texas A&M graduate, Chase brings over 12 years of demonstrated experience in commercial real estate. Prior to joining The Signorelli Company, Chase served as a broker for the J Beard Real Estate company, a Woodlands-based commercial real estate firm.
