Horizon Homes Joins Growing Line-Up in Valley Ranch

 Texas-Based Homebuilder to Build in New Azalea District of Valley Ranch

The Signorelli Company, developer of the 1,400-acre master-planned community of Valley Ranch, announces the addition of Texas-based Horizon Homes to its impressive homebuilding team. Valley Ranch is conveniently located at the epicenter of growth in the northeast Houston corridor at I69/99, just north of Kingwood.

Valley Ranch is the latest addition to Horizon Homes’ growing line-up of communities. The homebuilder creates functional floor plans and distinctive elevations reminiscent of the cottage and Craftsman styles. Horizon Homes will be offering homes in the new Azalea District of Valley Ranch, priced from the $190s - $240s. The one and two story floorplans will range from just under 1,600 square feet to 2,600 square feet. Sales are underway and a model home is expected to open this month.
